Our professional team’s vast knowledge and experience enhances their ability to find solutions to the most difficult waste management problems. Our Waste Management Division works closely with our Remediation Division to determine the best course of action to take for each specific waste management project. Should an alternative remediation approach be implemented, our divisions utilize cooperative management, combining our expertise and resources to facilitate each phase of the project, reaching our goals with an overall reduction in time and costs.

Waste Characterization and Labpacking Services

Ecosystems utilizes a team of chemists and hazardous materials specialists to provide identification, sampling, and analysis of waste streams.

Containers of five (5) gallons or less of hazardous materials or wastes are segregated according to hazard class and to Appendix W and V protocols established by the land disposal restrictions of RCRA. An inventory is taken and these containers are packed into a larger container/drum to prepare for shipping to an EPA hazardous waste facility in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Transportation and Disposal Recycling Services

It is our goal at Ecosystems, to provide recycling for hazardous and non-hazardous wastes when feasible in order to reduce potential long term liabilities and promote resource conservation and recovery.

Ecosystems assists our clients with achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance. We only utilize transportation, and recycling/disposal facilities that have a long term history of maintaining complete compliance with EPA, DOT, and OSHA regulations.
