Asbestos Inspector Refresher
This four hour training course is designed to provide a review of the key information from the initial asbestos inspector course information as well as up to date information regarding regulatory and legislative changes.
Initial Lead Inspector
The initial lead inspector course is a 3-day course that details how to conduct lead-based paint inspections following HUD guidelines and sampling methods.
Asbestos Awareness
This 2 hour course was designed to meet the OSHA29 CFR1910.1001 regulatory requirements. The course is designed for workers that may come in contact with asbestos containing materials (ACM) or presumed asbestoscontaining materials (PACM), but do not disturb ACM or PACM during their work activities.
Bloodborne Pathogens
This two hour training course is designed to provide a basic understanding of blood borne pathogens; common modes of their transmission; methods of prevention inclusive of personal protective equipment; work practices and engineering controls; recordkeeping; how to develop an exposure control plan; and other pertinent information.
Respiratory Protection
This two hour training course covers topics including fit testing, medical evaluations, respiratory protection
in general industry and construction, respirator types, training requirements, donning & doffing,
maintenance and care, and the OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard 29 CFR 1910.134.
